I have a very good dedicated nurses and as far as I am concerned nothing needs to be improved. staff are efficient, helpful, cheerful, surroadigs are clean and comfortable.

I recieve basic care at MK Renal unit. This is due to staff shortages.
The good things about my care is that the nurses do the best thay can with the resources they are given.
What could be improved is the level of staffing provided daily at MK unit.
The lack of staffing/resources leads to mistakes which in turn leads to low morale for staff and patients.
Please provide more staff!

The staff at the Renal ward are exellent specially when it comes to noticing.
Patience when they are feeling unwell during dialisys, and they always remember medications very caring.
As for improvements a buffet will be nice :-).

Confidentiality should be of utter most importance. Staff should maintain it in order not to suffer litigation.
